The Saddlebrook Farms Homeowners Association, Inc. is managed by Spectrum Association Management, LP. Spectrum is employed by the board of directors as the managing agent to assist in the task of management operations and administration of the association.

Among its various financial duties, Spectrum is the entity that collects the quarterly homeowners assessment fees and pays the association's bills. Among its administrative duties, Spectrum receives all correspondance for the association, distributes all correspondance from the association and attends all meetings to record minutes and maintain records.

Every two weeks, Spectrum does a visual inspection of the neighborhood and distributes violation notices.
