Information: Resolutions

Resolutions are addtions and alterations to the Declarations passed by the Board. The following is a chronological list of resolutions passed:

3 November 2003

Winter holiday decorations (i.e. Christmas, Hanukah, etc.) can be displayed the day following Thanksgiving, and must be removed on or before January 15th.

All other holiday decorations (i.e. Easter, Halloween, etc.) must be removed on or before 15 days following the date of the official holiday.

Any owner failing to comply with these regulations will be pursued in the same manner of enforcement for any deed violation infraction.
